Shipping

All products are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Upon placing an order, items will be shipped within 2 business days based on the shipping method you select. All items are shipped from our Fulfillment Center in Los Angeles, California.

Domestic shipping options are:

• First Class Mail (Default option) - up to 7 days
• Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days
• Express Mail - Overnight to most areas

International shipping options are:

• First Class Mail International (Default option) - Varies
• Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 days
• Express Mail International - 5 days

Please note that these times are guidelines given by USPS and are in addition to our processing time. Once we ship an item, we cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS.

Please note that you cannot track First-Class International shipments.

If you would like to be able to track you order with International Shipping, you must select Priority Mail or higher for most countries. This may very by country and we recommend visiting ww.usps.com to confirm if this service is offered for your country.

We are not responsible for customs fees charged by your local government. We will do our best to help minimize custom fees, and if you have any special requests, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Shipping rates are calculated from Los Angeles, California. You can estimate shipping charges on our cart checkout page. To estimate shipping, select the destination country, and if applicable your zip code. While confirming your Customer Information and Shipping Address, you have the option of selecting optional shipping insurance.

The final checkout page gives you the option to select additional shipping methods, along with the appropriate prices.

Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days. If you select expedited shipping, and require your order be shipped the same day or next day, please contact us immediately and we will try to acommodate your request.
