Return Policy

Blue Echo Solutions offers a 30 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, submit a Product Return form within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to be attached to the package before shipping your product back to Blue Echo Solutions. Upon receipt of your proudct, we will issue a refund for the full price paid for your product. The following applies to refunds:

• All products must be returned in new condition
• Products must be 100% complete
• Products must be returned in original packaging
• Shipping charges will not be refunded
• Purchaser is responsible for return shipping
• You must request an RMA before shipping your product to us
• Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted
• Payment will be refunded to original form of payment
