In our efforts to provide the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, Blue Echo Solutions is proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on hd EZ lock™ and Blue Echo HDMI Cables. We have devoted countless hours designing, engineering, and manufacturing a product of the highest quality. In order to qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be registered with Blue Echo Solutions within 30 days of purchase. If your product is not registered within 30 days, we will provide a One Year Limited Warranty with proof of purchase.
- hd EZ lock™ and Blue Echo HDMI Cables are covered against manufacturer defects only. Product abuse or modifications will void the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
- Products must be returned in complete and original condition to qualify for Warranty Coverage.
- Blue Echo Solutions is not responsible for shipping fees to return products to us for Warranty Claims. We will pay for return shipping. We will mark outgoing packages as “Warranty Repair”, but we are not responsible for any Custom Charges charged by the government.
- Blue Echo Solutions will repair or replace your product during the Warranty period.
To process a Warranty Claim, please submit a Warranty Claim Form. We will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on returning your product for a Warranty Claim, along with an RA number.
