Q. What's the best way to place an order?

Answer:
You can either order products through our online shopping cart, or by calling 1.800.723.2304 to place an order by phone.

Q. Can I order by phone?

Answer:
Yes. You can call 1.800.723.2304 9am to 6pm PST Monday through Friday. If you reach voicemail, please leave a message and you will receive a return call shortly.

Q. Is it safe to order through your website?

Answer:
Yes. Our site uses the Verisign (one of the most trusted names in online security) Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to transmit your information. This SSL Certificate, or Digital Certificate, protects the transmission of data and information with high-level encryption before it is passed through the online space.

You will see the Verisign Logo on top of every page. You can click on that logo to verify that our Certificate is Valid, and that Blue Echo Solutions has been verified by Verisign.

In addition, you will see "https" at the beginning of each secured url in the web address bar, which includes the urls used during checkout.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

Q. Do I have to register to purchase something?

Answer:
You are not required to register to make a purchase. There are benefits to registering such as being able to resume an uncompleted shopping cart, being able to review and print past invoices, and being able to update your billing and shipping information.

Q. How can I change the quantity of items I'm ordering?

Answer:
Upon clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will automatically be directed to the cart page. You can enter the quantity you'd like to order in the "Quantity" field, and then click the "Update Totals" button to adjust your order to the desired quantity.

At any time you can visit the checkout page and adjust your quantities prior to completing your order.

Q. I'm trying to order but I forgot my account password?

Answer:
Visit our "Forgot Password" page and enter the email used to register for your account. You will be emailed your password. This only applies if you've previously registered for an account with us.

Q. How do I know if my order has been processed?

Answer:
After going through the checkout process, you will reach our confirmation page. This page will confirm your order, including the total amount and items ordered.

You will also receive an email with an order confirmation, followed by an email confirming shipment once your item is shipped (within two business days).

If you do not receive this email, or you'd like to double check that your order please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

Answer:
VIsit our or "Order Status" page and enter your Order ID and your email address. Click the "View Order Status" button and you will see the details of your order and your latest order status.

Q. Can I place an order if I'm outside of the USA?

Answer:
We have sold to many countries outside of the USA. Simply place your order as usual, and during checkout select your country for shipping and proceed to checkout.
